Our Client is hiring a UX intern for this summer (July-Sept). This a generously paid internship at seed funded startup based in London.

Our Client is a seed-funded research-backed AI startup that aims to help recruiters discover, engage and hire unfindable talent by dramatically reducing time and effort spent on evaluating and hiring the right candidate for a job. Their systems enable recruiters to intelligently evaluate each candidate with respect to a job, compare multiple candidates and interact with potential candidates. This is recruitment based not on recruiter’s instinct but on concrete and concise numbers.

Large scale candidate data on web and refined machine learning algorithms lie at the core of enriching a candidate's profile. Our Client is building large scale algorithms to compare multiple candidates for a job.

What’s their goal?....To help (and not replace) recruiters find the right candidate within no time.

Responsibilities:

Our Client is building the technology to improve communication between candidates and recruiters. The candidate will be working closely with senior PhDs to design, implement and evaluate user interface prototypes for next generation recruitment tools.

Required skills:

• Responsive web design with ajax, node, django.
• Experience with data visualizations; laying out charts, graphs, tabular data; choosing the right visualization for the presented data.
• They should have the ability to make and justify design decisions independently

Requirements:

• Basic requirement is bachelors in Computer science or design. An ideal candidate would have an established track record of software dev or designing intuitive interfaces.
•  This is not a sponsored Internship.
