A leading global asset management firm is looking for a developer to work on applications utilized by their portfolio management and trading activities. Your focus will be on effective end user interaction with our software, in a fast paced environment where every millisecond counts.
Responsibilities:
- User interface development and support through analysis, design, coding, and testing.
- Interaction with the business for requirements capture and delivery of features.
Requirements:
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Math. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years recent experience in WPF/C# .NET or HTML5 (Angular JS preferably 2.0, TypeScript , JavaScript)
- Familiar with MVVM design pattern and experience with RESTFUL services.
- Working knowledge of data structures, design patterns & algorithms.
- Experience with third party controls such as Telerik KendoUI, Wijmo, or Infragistics controls is a plus.
- Strong SQL / database skills
