The EU Index Options Market Making team is looking to hire a Lead Developer to join the trading team and lead a small team of technologists working on a high-frequency automated strategy. The current code base is C++ and Java and the firm is looking to hire a programming ideally with experience with both and a willingness to use the best technology for a job. The firm is looking for a focussed project manager who can stay on task and see projects through in a time critical manner demonstrating a strong commercial awareness. 

Requirements:

• Experience developing low latency systems in Java or C++ - ideally both.
• Experience managing projects within a trading firm, hedge fund, investment bank or similar (preferred)
• Experience managing a small team of developers (preferred)

Experience with the following is preferred but not required.

• Equity Indices
• Eurex infrastructure and writing software to communicate w/ Eurex
• Pricing systems
• Execution systems
