Our client is searching for a Java Developer for its Web Marketing Group. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in all phases of the software development cycle. Ideally you must be highly analytical and have the ability to independently solve complex problems.
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will develop and maintain in-house and customer facing web-based applications and programs.
- These include but are not limited to the Customer Relationship Management and Sales and Marketing support applications.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an application developer
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Java technologies (Java Servlets, JSP, J2EE, EJB)
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Linux (including shell programming)
- Good knowledge of XML, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and SQL
- Experience with Java PDF APIs preferred
- Exposure to jQuery, JSON and AJAX fundamentals
- Oracle Java Programmer Certification a plus
- Problem solver, attention to details, fast learner
- Self-motivated and directed
Education:
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Mathematics
