Our client is searching for a Financial Developer to work in their California office. The team is small, focused and organized. This team responsible for creating tools that integrate fixed income analytic models and research to present them in an engaging and useful way for trading and risk management. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about technology, impactful delivery, and the financial industry. As a senior developer you will be a key contributor in their design and delivery with a focus on UI/UX or middle tier/integration with internal and external libraries

Suggested skills/experience

• At least 5 years of development experience in C# (or equivalent with a desire to learn C#).
• Interest in or prior experience with web development technologies and concepts, including UI/UX, Silverlight, Telerik, Infragistics, WPF, HTML5/CSS3, WCF, RESTful, MVVM, MVVMC, Angular2.
• Experience with an iterative/agile process and tools.
• Excellent technical communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in investment management and software design.
• Desire to contribute.

Education:

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
