The worlds premier securities dealer is looking for experienced FPGA Engineers to design/implement FPGA solutions for their trading businesses to develop ultra low latency trading systems - working on new FPGA designs in a hardware description language, perform timing analysis, validate and debug designs for errors/efficiencies.    

You will create digital designs, high throughput FPGA based custom financial trading systems to accelerate algorithmic trade signal generation and order execution, whilst giving immediate feedback of opertaing designs and evaluating latency and throughput.

Requirements

• 3 years FPGA design including full lifecycle, RTL coding, simulation, system integration, hardware validation and testing.
• Altera design software and ideally Xilinx design software.
• Systems Verilog, VHDL ( System Verilog, Verilog, C, BAsh or Makefile)  
• FPGA sysnthesis tools, on-chip debugging tools, e.g Alteras SignalTap or Xilinx ChipScope is desirable

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Masters preferred.
