A US wide premier league Hedge Fund is investing heavily in technology and is looking to hire Data Visualization Engineers at various levels to help grow their Central Data Organization.  Data is the foundation of their investment strategy and the effective management of data in its various forms (both structured and unstructured) is critical to maintaining the expansion of the company.

Key job responsibilities include: 

• Build tools and services to enhance and distribute critical research data content and distribute portfolio analytics within the investment research team.
• Design, develop and deploy full stack responsive applications, involving technology platforms from both the front and back end services.

Skills / experience

• 3+ years' experience with cluster/cloud technologies & BI Tools (e.g. Apache Spark, AWS, Tableau) 
• 3+ years' experience in Python 
• 3+ years' experience with web technologies (HTML / CSS /JSON / REST)
• Exposure to Node.js, Angular.js JavaScript frameworks desired
• Great interpersonal and communication skills are a must 

Education

• Bachelors Degree in engineering or computer science or related field of study. Masters preferred
